The sun appears a nice warm shade of orange through this filter. It looks like a glowing orange ball in the filter. The center hole is perfect and has a lip that will fit inside the objective tube. The filter is well attached to the telescope / binoculars, using sticky tape, to keep it from falling while observing. It works great and everything is easy to remove after the viewing.
