It also takes a bit of magic to get even that spare tire into place when a Torklift 20K "Superhitch" is installed, but it can be done. This brings the truck lever front to back and side to side.
This is a great and stout sway bar that every dodge should have. These are weaker, not stronger, because there is less metal engaged in the connection and less surface engagement, making them easier to strip, less tolerant of over-tightening, and able to bear lesser loads. The quality of the hardware is very good.

The Hellwig sway bar reduces body roll so you benefit from better vehicle control and greatly improved cornering traction for safer driving and cornering capabilities. It lifts the inside tire off the ground going around corners. The trick to hanging this sway bar is to put the end links up first and then put a block of wood under the back of it to hold it in place to get the straddle bolts and all the pieces together. It's perfectly shaped and bolts up nicely, with a nice hammer finish.
The kit doesn't include washers for the upper end link connection through the clevis bracket. The best part is that the ride is not greatly stiffened in roll, as far as driving on city streets goes. It would highly recommend, particularly if you have heavy loads, tow heavy loads, or carry a truck camper. It's a lot more fun to drive.
