These shifters are the perfect replacement part for many bikes that come in with. This kit integrates well with the existing Shimano Exage Country groupset that was installed on the bike. It’s a 3-speed shifter. There are a few clicks in between each number, which is fine as it allows you to click until the chain moves to the next gear without a lot of fine-tuning with the barrel adjusters. This fit in it's place and works perfectly.
