The Staedtler mars magic 700 technical pen comes with instructions on how to refill the cartridge as well as how to clean the pen point. It comes with a cartridge for ink. The pen has chartreuse highlights at each end and on the nib. It does not take much to clog the tip. The backside of the pen ( opposite of tip) can sometimes gently release the tip end of the piston in shaft. These are fine drawing instruments that need to be handled with care.
