For a low asking price, capcom last game has managed to overwhelm their customers by packing as many features as they could. This is the best game in the Mega Man series, despite a few flaws. It includes the two stretfighter fighting games power fighter one and two and megaman and bass megaman. It has this habit of shielding many of mega man's buster bullets. The music is mostly subpar with only a handful of tunes that are memorable, and the sound effects sound like they came off of a game boy.
This game is not one of the easier ones, or one of the more memorable ones in the Mega Man series but it's entertaining in enough areas to award it 4 stars. The graphics are well done and feature larger sprites, vivid colors and smooth animation. There is also an interesting mechanic that involves the collecting of "bolts" to be used as currency in the store. These graphics are surprisingly comparable to the spectacular futuristic setting of X4 for the PS1, which goes to show how much effort went into the graphics department for this.Why We Like This:
