The brake arms are thick and flexes very little. The Front brakes have a longer pivot bolt to go all the way through the fork. The adjustment barrel and pinch bolt are reversed for Potts Mod thru-bolts that run the cable from the bottom. The brake can be set up to work with the cable through the forks (Pott's mod), or with the cable straight down from the lever to the top of the brake, you just need to swap the barrel adjuster with the cable clamp.
