This cookbook has most anything you will want to cook. They test recipes dozens of times so they've worked out the kinks for you. It’s actually nicer than the Cook’s Country book since it is available hardbound. The book has a more tedious and complicated recipe that requires a lot of work. The recipes are for todays taste and very cost effective.

The book has more recipes than you’ll ever need and it is well written and organized. They have Tons of recipes ranging from beginners to “professional.” This would make a great wedding gift. This book is very well organized with a great overall index, followed by indexes in each chapter.
