This is just a two-pack of the T.16000M joystick, which can be converted easily between left and right-handed. The buttons/switches are on the throttle where they are the most accessible. The left/right peddles on the throttle are pressure sensitive and work great in place of foot peddles. The resistance of the throttle is perfect and has a nice range of motion. There's even a mini joystick on the back you can map to the radar TDC for super quick acquisition.
