The subwoofers handle 250watts rms each and the amp puts out 500 watts at 4 ohms so it's a perfect fit. This one will work just fine with the skar 12"s and they sound awesome. It does get extremely loud though and hits well. This thing has no clipping and the included bass knob works great.
