It fits sleeved cards with room to double sleeve. This binder looks and feels nice with the pikachu cover and leather. The elastic band comes a tiny bit stretched out/distorted, but still functions perfectly, holding the binder closed very securely. The cover feels like suede/leather which is a premium feel.
