It provides dual triggering of the edge and surface of the cymbal and the choke zone. The kick drum is very hard to set up a double due to the sensor being in the center, turn the volume up on it if you use double kick because you can't hit center with two beaters.

These are very soft, unfinished and leave marks on the cymbals. The stool/throne is wobbly no matter how much tightening is done. It comes in one big box, and all the pieces in separate boxes.
