There is a beginner mode for people who are not as fit or athletic. It is always nice to finish a song with a good grade and feel a great sense of accomplishment. It's got lively music, fun colors and sets and is addicting. It just cycles through everything in a given menu over and over and goes so fast you really don't have much chance of stopping it where you want it.

The Hottest Party 3 is a better made game than Hottest Party 2, and the songs are actually performed by the original bands. It includes the familiar DDR floor peripheral for registering dance steps, which make up the majority of the game actions, and like earlier DDR versions for wii, also includes wii remote and nunchuck support. When you first enter into Workout Mode, the game will ask you if you want to use the Wii Balanceboard to record your weight.
