Not everyone likes to purchase rod for their daily purpose, but the eagle tool us flexible fiberglass rod would be an anomoly. It's a simple but good tool to have wires. Because of it being so sturdy, it has limited flexibility but since it is composed of multiple short extensions that can be screwed on during the pushing/pulling process, it is absolutely perfect. It is made of maximum grain fiberglass that provides added rigidity and splinter resistance when multiple sections are connected. The hook attachment can easily come off while fishing the wire inside the wall.
The other good aspect about having these strong, sturdy rods is that it can push along through the wall's insulation. The included hook is sturdy so it does not deform when pulled on. It is perfect for bar ceilings and bulk heads.

Not everyone likes to purchase rod for their regular usage, but the klein tools flexible fiberglass rod would be an anomoly. If you need something less flexible for fishing through walls there are many cheaper options available, but these rods work great where you don't want your rods to flex. They keep form when being pushed through insulation. Even for pushing through walls stuffed with insulation, this low flex fiberglass is overly stiff. The stiffness of these rods makes it much easier to route the rods through wire hangers and around obstructions in a drop ceiling.
This particular model is very stiff and will not flex very much so make sure that's what your looking for. The bullet nose is drilled out to accept an insulated. This also helps when running wires on open steel frame ceilings.
Why We Like This:
Come in handy for different applications
Very good to use as a lead if pulling data, low voltage, etc
