The drumming is smooth yet with a "vinnie" edge that makes this album sound just magnificant. The "Love" and "Ladies' Man" are also key tracks on this very love-soaked collection.

These are pop/soft-rock songs, all sung in joni's lower register with a focus, as always, on lyrics. The bass tone and playing is the same way, the guitar solos as well.
