This particular offering from Tamiya is an excellent way to get into the world of building Sherman tanks in 1/35th scale. It can be painted to depict any tank used during ww2 campaign. It can be used by all allied forces. This kit offers a couple variations on build, fitting of parts is easy, flash isn't too bad, lots of extra stuff (props) to put on the tank. The tamiya high quality model kit is suitable and reliable and fits well with your regular usage. It is a plastic model kit that you build and paint. It fits perfectly, no flash, lots of nice detail, and accurate. The kit is molded in a "sand" color. It has no clear parts so things like vision blocks have to be painted on. Tracks can be glued together, definitely a must have. It provides a lower parts count and does lend itself to an easier and sometimes more enjoyable build.
