It is easy to follow strokes and concise directions including the colors and brushes to be used in every project. The flowers give very easy to follow instructions for painting many basic flowers without becoming actual botanical works.

This is a lovely book and it's great for learning how to paint flowers. If you're an old hat at it, you'll still find plenty of visual inspiration in these pages, but that's easily found elsewhere for free.
