Kamado Joe makes beautiful and great charcoal with classic and smartly choosen materials. Unlike the KJ brand, many of the pieces in a bag of Fogo are legitimately huge, and there’s a very generous distribution of large pieces throughout the entire bag, from top to bottom. This product is nicely enclosed in a big red box. This typically does not contain much dust or small pieces whatsoever. You don't need to use quite as much, as this burns longer, hotter and with less ash than traditional charcoal. This is the best overall charcoal.
